Dewey Anderson is a native Northeast Minnesota resident He served in the Army from 1966 until 1968.

He graduated in 1969 with a welding degree from St. Cloud Technical College.

He and his wife, Dianne married in 1972. They raised three boys, Jason, Benjamin, and Matthew. They have three fantastic daughters-in-law and four delightful grandchildren.

He drove school bus for twenty-seven years counting his time with the Army in Alaska, St. Cloud, and the Moose Lake School. He drove nearly one million accident-free miles.

He was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Farmers, International. He has done missionary work in Russia.

Today, he operates a soybean candle company called Show Me Country Gifts. He enjoys traveling around America participating in craft shows.

He still does crop farming on his two hundred and twenty acre farm. He has a great sense of humor and loves playing with the grandkids.
